Hi Susan,

I stopped by the house after my downtown visit today and was pleasantly surprised to see it so empty.  Thanks very much for a great job.   I thought things went very well.

Thanks again for all your help and work on the sale.  Getting in touch with you was a godsend for us since it allowed us to get more funds for their care in assisted living.

Take care.  Let me know if Wednesday morning works for you and any other info you have on the Salvation Army so I can finish up the stuff in the garage.
